A gym built
around the kit.
A purpose-built independent gym in Leeds, laid out for serious strength and bodybuilding training.
Every piece earns its place.
We hand-select equipment from respected manufacturers including Gym Leco, Hammer Strength, Cybex, Life Fitness, Nytram and Precor.
The gym is divided into dedicated areas for legs, back, shoulders, arms and chest, helping you move through sessions without fighting a random layout. Our free-weights area includes dumbbells up to 80kg.
Above the main floor, the cardio mezzanine gives you a clear view across the gym. Changing rooms, showers, reception refreshments and free on-site parking complete the setup.
What you’ll find.
Serious, not intimidating.
The equipment is built for demanding training. The community is welcoming. Whether you’re an experienced bodybuilder or beginning properly for the first time, respect for the gym and the people in it comes first.
